  • What time is order cut off for same day dispatch?

  • Orders placed by 2.30pm are dispatched the same day 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

  • This depends on which delivery type you choose at checkout. Average delivery times are:                                                                       Standard delivery 2-5 working days                                                     Express delivery 1- 2 working days                                                           International delivery -Europe 4-10 working days                                                                      Rest of the world 7-20 working days

  • How much is postage & packing?

  • UK orders up to £70 have a flat rate postage charge of £4.50. Orders over £70 are sent via standard delivery free of charge. If you wish to use express delivery, you will be given options at checkout.         

  • International orders are calculated at checkout. Please note we only send international orders via a recorded delivery service regardless of order size. 

  • What payment methods can I use?

  • We use PAYPAL and SQUARE as a safe secure payment service provider's. You can pay with your Paypal account or using most credit & debit cards. 

  • Are my details secure?

  • Yes. Our site is fully secured to required standards. We only use your data for the purposes of processing your order. Obviously we need to share your delivery details with the payment processing service and delivery company used, but we do not sell you data on to 3rd party companies.

  • Can I collect my order?

  • Yes. Please choose the "Click & Collect" option at checkout. Please take note of order processing and collection times. If you are attending an event or local club we are racing at, we will happily take your order to the event for collection. Please contact us in good time prior to the event if you wish to do this. We normally post events we are attending on our blog or Facebook page.

  • How can I tell if a part is suitable for my model?

  • The product item page normally contains a brief guide of what models the part will fit. However some parts may fit many models, so it is not feasible to list them all. If in doubt please send a message via our contact page with the details of your model and one of the team will check for you. Please note this can sometimes take time for older and rarer models.

  • I am looking for an old rare part. can you get it?

  • Send us a message via the contact form and we will try and track down that part for you. 

  • I would like a body custom painted. How long will it take and how much will it cost?

  • Custom orders are all quoted individually depending on the complexity of the scheme. We normally run a waiting list for custom paint as there are only so many we can do due to the complexity of the work. Please send a message via the contact us form to enquire.
